Access Data/Server Logfiles

We (respectively our webspace provider) collect data about every access to our website (so called server logfiles). The access data includes:

  • Name of the accessed website
  • file
  • date and time of access
  • transmitted data volume
  • report on successful retrieval
  • browser type and version
  • your operating system
  • referrer URL (formerly accessed website)
  • IP address
  • requesting provider

It is not possible for us to assign the collected data to a specific natural person.

We only use the protocol data for statistical evaluations to run, safely maintain, and optimize our website. However, we reserve the right to subsequently review the log data if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.

Collection and use of personal data

Personal data is only collected by us if and to the extent that you yourself provide it to us with your knowledge. In particular, this personal data will only be used for the design of our services if you have expressly given us your consent to do so.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

An indication of the purposes of processing is made at the appropriate places on our websites and is not subject to subsequent modification.

We will only only pass on data to third parties without your consent if we are legally obliged to do so.

Contact

When you contact us (e.g. per contact form or mail) your information will be saved for processing your request and in case of resulting follow-up questions.

Use of cookies

Cookies are data records that are sent from the web server to the user’s web browser and stored there for later retrieval. You can determine yourself whether cookies can be collected by setting your browser in such a way that it informs you before a cookie is stored and storage only takes place if you expressly accept this.

The legal bases for the processing of personal data in this context are Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the management of the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents.

The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal data, we will not be able to manage your consents.

To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents, we use the consent tool “Real Cookie Banner”. Details on how “Real Cookie Banner” works can be found at https://devowl.io/rcb/data-processing/.

Third-party cookies

To what extent third-party services embedded on our web server use cookies, please refer to the following sections.

Integration of third-party services and content

It may happen that we embed third-party content within this website, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This always requires that the providers of this content (“third-party providers”) receive your IP address; because without the IP address, they could not send the content to your browser. Your IP address is thus required for the display of this content.

We aim to only use content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Third-party providers may also send cookies to your web browser. As far as we are aware of this, we will inform you about it.

Revocation, changes, corrections and updates

You have the right to request information free of charge about the personal data that has been stored about you. In addition, you have the right to correct incorrect data, blocking as well as deletion of your personal data, as far as this does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain data.
